what is x1r?

X-1R is a synthetic, liquid treatment agent that significantly reduces the friction caused by the mutual contact and movement of metal surfaces. Because of this, it is versatilely suitable for the most diverse lubrication purposes.

HOW DOES X-1R WORK?

X-1R works unlike most other lubricants, which normally operate based on hydrodynamics. X-1R increases the density of iron mixed metal surfaces, making the metal surface harder and smoother. E.g. PTFE-based (i.e. Teflon-based) substances have a different effect, which when added to oil only coat the metal surface with particle mass. X-1R can be used as a lubricant without mixing it with other lubricants. In practice, however, it makes sense to use X-1R together with a regular lubricant according to the user manual. X-1R does not contain any harmful ingredients for engines, gearboxes, transmissions, power steering etc.

When the metal surface is treated with X-1R lubricant, the hardness of the metal surface increases significantly. On the bearing surface, which can have a hardness of Rc-35 (on Rockwell's C hardness curve), X-1R causes hardening up to Rc-35 – Rc-72. However, the hardened surface is thin due to the prevailing movement, heat and pressure.
The more heat and pressure there is on the metal surfaces, the better the X-1R sticks!

X-1R IS A HIGH LEVEL LUBRICATION SYSTEM DEVELOPED IN THE USA FOR THE NEEDS OF NASA'S SPACE TECHNOLOGY.

X-1R HAS BEEN TESTED IN DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS UNDER THE MOST DEMANDING CONDITIONS.

This lubricant has been used by racing car manufacturers (Morgan/Mc Clure Rally in the Nascar series), as well as the racing motorcycle industry. In the worldwide formula series (users include Jeff Atwell, Larry Locklear, Steve Decamp)

This lubricant has also been used in heavy metal industry machinery (U.S.Steel, American Industrial Plastics), engine workshops (Bay Area Engine Exchange, Larry Locklear), transportation companies and hydraulics companies (Solid Waste Management, H&L Transportation) and used car restoration companies (All-Pro Automotive, John Hall Honda), design offices (Bisbiglia Enterprises), etc.

X-1R has performed very well in the rigorous tests in which this lubricant has been tested. The X-1R has been tested at the following institutions under the direction of the individuals mentioned: Oakland University in Michigan, tested by Professor Gary Barber, an expert in the field of friction removal. American Motorcycle Institute in Florida, tested by Executive Director Bruce Brahms. Herguth Laboratories Inc. in California, has tested X-1R and determined that X-1R does not affect oil viscosity. Material Safety Data Sheet in California: this company has tested X-1R lubricant and determined that the lubricant meets all regulatory requirements set forth by the State of California.

The X-1R has been tested at Oakland University. Arthur D. Little, Herguth Laboratories, and Falex Corp. have also acted as testers of the substance. The substance has also been tested in NASCAR/ARCA and IMSA car racing series with great success. Among racing motorcyclists, the substance has been nicknamed "Horsepower In A Bottle". The X-1R is also approved by the American Motorcycle Institute.

X-1R has also been successfully tested in industry - U.S. Steel has used it in the hot forging of various parts of gearboxes. Robeson County's garbage truck hydraulics are treated with X-1R. X-1R has also been used in power steering racks, air conditioning pumps, both manual and automatic transmissions.

X-1R has also been successfully used in factory-new but defective car parts and differentials. X-1R improves the operation of the power steering, causing the power steering to work smoothly and precisely, the power steering also becomes quieter in operation due to the influence of X-1R, the air conditioning pumps become more vibration-free, the gearboxes and the backs of cars become about 80% quieter.

Due to the influence of the X-1R, the gearboxes also work more smoothly and the gears engage more easily. There is no other substance on the market that can protect equipment and provide the same benefits as X-1R.
